Bottomline: No, would not recommend to a friend.
Comments: This piece is not only an excellent gift for an artist studying anatomy (as it's proportions are almost textbook), but a gift for the spiritualist as well. The top-read most surface is inscribed with a celtic cross, while other available surfaces are decorated with celtic knot-work and patterns. It is a subtle piece and due to its color doesn't (not white or bleached bone) doesn't snap out at a person on a shelf. Rather it rests innocuously and when the viewer is ready, their eye recognizes it and takes in its complex lines and shapes, as well as the layered meaning of the iconography written on a skull. A gorgeous piece.
